Burbank Kiwanis Honors Middle School Students

Burbank Kiwanis Honors Middle School Students of the Year

May 1st, 2019 Burbank, CA

Each year, the club awards Citizenship awards to middle school students selected from each grade level: 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.

Students are chosen for their service, leadership, community involvement  and academic achievements.

The celebration was attended by each award recipient and their parents, friends and in some cases extended family! BUSD Superintendent Matt Hill was also present and also praised the students for their hard work and care for others, the teachers for creating an environment that nurtures the qualities the kids display, and the parents for raising responsible children that want to be involved and help their community.

The Kiwanis Club of  Burbank is proud to shine the light on these wonderful examples in our schools.
